To: Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs
At the request of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in the Official Dispatch No. 111/TTr-LDTBXH dated October 28, 2020 regarding Lunar New Year (or Tet) and National Day holidays in 2021 of officials, servants and employees, the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has the opinions as follows:
1. The proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for Tet holiday of the year of the Buffalo starting from February 10, 2021 and lasting until February 16, 2021 inclusively and the National Day holiday starting from September 02, 2021 and lasting until September 05, 2021 inclusively is hereby accepted.
2. Any agency or public entity that follows the abovementioned time-off schedule shall be required to properly assign its personnel to ensure uninterrupted and effective services as usual for other entities and individuals.
Any authority or public entity that does not take automatic days-off on Saturday and Sunday every week shall, depending on its particular working plan and agenda, set an appropriate time-off schedule of their own.
3. The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is authorized to notify the time-off schedules specified in Point 1 and 2 hereof.
The Government’s Office is expecting that this notice would help the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs in making its own arrangements./.
