Respectfully to: The Ministry of Labor - Invalid and Social Affair
At the proposal of the Ministry of Labor - Invalid and Social Affair (at document No. 89/TTr-LDTBXH dated November 21, 2013, on leave days for Lunar New Year and shift of the weekends on occasions of public holidays in 2014 for cadres, civil servants, public employees, the Prime Minister has opinion as follows:
1. Cadres, civil servants, public employees take leave days for Lunar New Year of 2014 from January 28 to February 05, 2014 and have supplemental working days on Saturday, January 25, 2014 and Saturday February 08, 2014.
2. To agree with the Ministry of Labor - Invalid and Social Affair on shift of leave days in occasions of public holidays in 2014 for cadres, civil servants, public employees at document No. 89/TTr-LDTBXH dated November 21, 2013 as follows:
a) Victory Day and International Labor Day: To take leave day on Friday, May 02, 2014 and have a supplemental working day on Saturday, April 26, 2014.
b) National Day: To take leave day on Monday, September 01, 2014 and have a supplemental working day on Saturday, September 06, 2014.
Agencies and organizations that not perform the fixed leave schedule of 02 days including Saturday and Sunday every week will base on specific programs and plans of unit to arrange an appropriate leave schedule.
3. To authorize the Minister of Labor - Invalid and Social Affair for notifying implementation of leave days for Lunar New Year and shift of public days in 2014 at point 1 and point 2 mentioned above.
