In response to the Official Dispatch No. 8900/NHNN-TCKT dated 12 November 2009, the Official Dispatch No. 3363/NHNN-DBTKTT dated 7 May 2010 and the Official Dispatch No. 4784/NHNN-DBTKTT dated 28 June 2010 on the supplement of reporting norms enclosed to the daily Balance Sheet, in order to fully provide information, figures for better serving the direction and management of monetary policies and banking activities of the SBV's Leadership, the SBV hereby requires that CIs shall supplement with detailed notes to the balance of several accounts on the daily Balance Sheet in line with the following guidance:

1. For the accounts and notes to accounts: "1412B - Securities issued by other domestic CIs in foreign currency and gold"; "152B - Debit securities issued by other domestic CIs in foreign currency and gold"; "162B - Debit securities issued by other domestic CIs in foreign currency and gold"; "214 - Short term loan in foreign currency and gold"; "215 - Medium term loan in foreign currency and gold"; "216 - Long term loan in foreign currency and gold"; "275B - Other loans in foreign currency and gold"; "424 - Savings deposit in foreign currency and gold"; "434B - Face value of valuable paper in foreign currency and gold held by residents"; "435 - Discount of valuable paper in foreign currency and gold"; "436 - Additional valuable paper in foreign currency and gold", it is required by the SBV that the CIs shall supplement with detailed notes to opening balances, amount arising in the day and ending balances by the two following norms:

- In foreign currency

- In gold.

2. The SBV's IT Department shall provide instructions in informatics technology to the CIs and perform the receipt, handling, collection and supplement of detailed notes to the balances of the accounts stated at Point 1 of this document.

3. CIs shall send the SBV with Notes to the accounts provided for at Point 1 of this document from 15 April 2011.

In the implementation, any arising difficulty should be reflected by the CIs to the SBV (Monetary Forecasting and Statistics Department and the Informatics Technology Department of the SBV) for guidance and timely settlement.
