ON CUSTOMS VALUE TO IMPORTED GOODS

At the proposal of the Ministry of Finance at the Official Dispatch No. 11553/BTC-TCHQ dated August 29, 2011 on customs valued to imported goods which have not have formal price at the time of registering customs declaration, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister - Mr. Vu Van Ninh appoints the Ministry of Finance to take prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Justice to propose the suitable treatment methods basing on regulations on tax law and State’s current guidelines, policies on imported goods management, the application of customs value to some cases in some countries in region. The Office of Government informs agencies for acknowlegement and implementation./.
