Pursuant to Articles 103 and
106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was
amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/NQ-QH10 bổ sung điều của Hiến pháp nước cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992">51/2001/QH10 of December 25, 2001
of the Xth National Assembly at its 10th session;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
The Population Ordinance, which was passed on January 9, 2003 by the XIth National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
