PROMULGATING THE PENAL CODE
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and
Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents
PROMULGATES:
The Penal Code
which was passed on December 21,1999 by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
