PROMULGATING ORDINANCE
THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 103 and
106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on the Protection of State Secrets,
Which was passed on December 28, 2000 by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
