ORDER
PROMULGATING THE LAW ON VIETNAM PEOPLES ARMY OFFICERS
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 103 and
106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,
HEREBY PROMULGATES:
The Law on Vietnam Peoples Army Officers
which was passed on December 21, 1999 by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Xth Legislature.
