PRESIDENT OF THE STATE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant
to Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Agreements, passed on August 20, 1998 by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Xth Legislature.
