ORDER
ON PROMULGATION OF THE ORDINANCE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under
Resolution No. 51/2001/NQ-QH10 bổ sung điều của Hiến pháp nước cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992">51/2001/QH10 of December 25, 2001 of the Xth National
Assembly, the 10th session;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on Anti-Dumping of Imports into Vietnam,
which was passed on April 29, 2004 by the Standing Committee of the XIth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
