ORDER
ON THE PROMULGATION OF ORDINANCES
THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of
the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
PROMULGATES:
1. The Ordinance on Dykes;
2. The Ordinance amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Ordinance on Flood and Storm Prevention and Fight,
which were adopted on August 24, 2000 by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
