ORDER
ON THE PROMULGATION OF LAWS
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of
the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,
HEREBY PROMULGATES
1. The Law on Drug Prevention and Fight;
2. The Law on Insurance Business;
which were passed on December 9, 2000 by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, at its 8th session.
