Pursuant
to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of
VietNam, which was revised under the Resolution No. 51/2001/NQ-QH10 bổ sung điều của Hiến pháp nước cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992">51/2001/QH10 dated December
25, 2001, of the National Assembly, Legislature X, the 10th Session
Pursuant to Article 91 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,
HEREBY PROCLAIMS:
The Law Environmental Protection
Which was passed on November 29, 2005, by The National Assembly of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 8th session.
