ORDINANCE
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ARTICLE 6 OF THE ORDINANCE ON ROYALTIES
Pursuant to the 1992
Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and
supplemented under Resolution No. 51/200I/QH10;
The National Assembly Standing Committee promulgates the Ordinance Amending and
Supplementing Article 6 of the Ordinance on Royalties.
Article 1. To amend and supplement Article 6 of the Ordinance on Royalties as follows:
"Article 6. The royalty tariff is stipulated as follows:

Article 2. Based on this tariff, the Government shall stipulate in detail specific royalty rates for each category of natural resources.
Article 3. This Ordinance takes effect on January 1. 2009.-
