DECISION
ADJUSTING THE PURCHASE PRICES OF CARS IN SERVICE OF WORKING REQUIREMENTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND NON-BUSINESS AGENCIES AND STATE ENTERPRISES, PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION NO. 122/1999/QD-TTG OF MAY 10, 1999
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999 promulgating the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 208/1999/QD-TTg of October 26, 1999 amending and supplementing the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises, promulgated together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To adjust the purchase prices of new home-assembled cars in service of working requirements of administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises prescribed in Articles 6, 7, 10, 12 and 15 of the Regulation on criteria and norms for use of cars in administrative and non-business agencies and State enterprises, promulgated together with the Prime Minister's Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999, as follows:
a/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of working requirements of holders of the titles prescribed in Clause 1 of Article 6 from VND 600 million/car to VND 900 million/car. The purchase price of new cars in service of working requirements of the remaining titles prescribed in Article 6 shall be adjusted from VND 600 million/car to VND 800 million/car.
b/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of holders of the titles prescribed in Article 7 from VND 500 million/car to VND 700 million/car.
c/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of common working requirements of administrative and non-business agencies prescribed in Articles 10 and 12 from VND 400 million/car to VND 550 million/car.
d/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of common working requirements of administrative and non-business agencies prescribed in Articles 10 and 12 from VND 350 million/car to VND 450 million/car.
e/ To adjust the maximum purchase price of new cars in service of working requirements of chairmen of managing boards and general directors of corporations, set up under the Prime Minister's Decisions No. 90/TTg of March 7, 1994 and No. 91/TTg of March 7, 1994, prescribed in Article 15 from VND 450 million/car to VND 600 million/car.
Article 2.- This Decision takes implementation effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. To annul the regulations on the purchase prices of new cars prescribed in Decision No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999.
Other regulations mentioned in the Prime Minister's Decisions No. 122/1999/QD-TTg of May 10, 1999 and No. 208/1999/QD-TTg of October 26, 1999 remain to be effective.
Article 3.- The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the Government-attached agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, the presidents of the provincial/municipal People's Committees and State enterprises shall have to implement this Decision.
