DECISION
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE FOR MANAGEMENT OF BORDER TRADE BETWEEN VIETNAM AND ITS NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES AND PROMULGATION OF THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATION OF THIS COMMITTEE
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 by the Government detailing functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision 252/2003/QD-TTg dated November 24, 2003 by the Prime Minister describing management over border trade with neighbouring countries;
Upon on studying opinions from relevant ministries and People’s Committee of provinces with border lines;
At the request by the Director of the Mountainous and Border Trade Department,
HEREBY DECIDES:
Article 1. The Steering Committee for management of border trade between Vietnam and its neighbouring countries (as specified in the list attached) is established and the Regulations on operation of this Committee are promulgated.
Article 2. This Decision comes into effect in 15 days after it is publicized on the Gazette.
Article 3. Chiefs of the Steering Committee for management of border trade, Chief of the Ministerial Office, Director of the Department of Mountainous and Border Trade, Directors of relevant units, and cadres who are specified in the list mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for implementation of this decision.
