DECISION
ON HANDING OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SONG HIEU UNION OF INDUSTRIAL - SILVICUTURAL ENTERPRISES PREVIOUSLY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF FORESTRY TO THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NGHE AN PROVINCE
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No.12-CP on the 2nd of March 1993 of the Government
promulgating the Regulation on the re-arrangement of organization and the
renovation of the management structure of State-owned agricultural enterprises,
and Decision No.329-TTg on the 27th of May 1995 of the Prime Minister on
handing over the management of agricultural and forestry farms to the local
authorities;
At the proposal of the Ministry of Forestry,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- The Ministry of Forestry shall, in accordance with principles stipulated in Article 2 of Decision No.329-TTg on the 27th of May 1995, hand over to the People's Committee of Nghe An province as from the promulgation of this Decision: the whole Song Hieu Union of Industrial-Silvicultural Enterprises under the management of the Ministry, including 8 (eight) State forestry farms; the Forest Products Exploitation-Transport-Processing Company; business and public service units, and the manager of Project No.327 now run by the Union and the Union Office.
Article 2.- The Minister of Forestry and the President of the People's Committee of Nghe An province shall have to complete the delivery and take-over of the Union before the 30th of June 1995.
Article 3.- The Nghe An People's Committee shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Forestry and other relevant ministries in working out a plan of restructuring the forestry production in the province to submit it to the Prime Minister before the 15th of July 1995.
Article 4.- The Minister of Forestry, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Minister-Chairman of the State Planning Committee, the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the General Director of the General Land Administration, the President of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the concerned ministers and the heads of the relevant branches shall have to implement this Decision.
