DECISION
ASSIGNING TO THE VIETNAM SOCIAL INSURANCE THE TASK OF PAYING SOCIAL ALLOWANCES TO WAR INVALIDS AND PEOPLE WITH MERITORIOUS CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE REVOLUTION
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on
Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Article 150 of the Labor Code;
At the proposals of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and
the President of the Managing Board of the Vietnam Social Insurance,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To assign to the Vietnam Social Insurance the task of receiving allocated funds and organizing the payment of preferential social allowances and subsidies to war invalids and people with meritorious contributions to the revolution.
The Vietnam Social Insurance shall be entitled to get fees of payment at an average rate of 0.52% of the total social allowances in the whole country for war invalids and people with meritorious contributions to the revolution. Specific rates in each locality shall be determined by the General Director of the Vietnam Social Insurance.
Article 2.- The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall provide guidance for the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect from August 1st, 1995.
Article 4.- The Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, the President of the Managing Board of the Vietnam Social Insurance, the General Director of the Vietnam Social Insurance shall have to implement this Decision.
