DECISION
PROMULGATING THE PRICE INDEX WHICH AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS THE PRICE INDEX PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE FINANCE MINISTERS DECISION No. 149/2002/QD-BTC OF DECEMBER 9, 2002
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the competence and principles for determining the prices for import and export goods tax calculation prescribed in Article 7 of the Governments Decree No. 54/CP of August 28, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Import Tax and Export Tax;
At the proposal of the General Director of Customs,
DECIDES:
Article1To amend, supplement and adjust the prices for calculating taxes on cheese, butter, dry yeast for making bread and glass in the Price Index promulgated together with the Finance Ministers Decision No. 149/2002/QD-BTC of December 9, 2002 as follows:

CHAPTER 70 * Glass: - Of common type: + Made in countries other than : -- 30 ml or under -- Between over 30 ml and 60 ml -- Between over 60 ml and 150 ml -- Between over 150 ml and 200 ml -- Between over 200 ml and 250 ml -- Over 250 ml + Prices of those made in china shall be equal to 70% of the above- said price bracket + Prices of crystal glass shall be equal to 200% of those of common glass |

Article 2This Decision takes implementation effect and applies to the import goods declarations submitted to the customs offices 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All the previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby annulled.
