DECISION
PROMULGATING THE PRICE INDEX WHICH AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS THE PRICE INDEX PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE FINANCE MINISTERS DECISION No. 149/2002/QD-BTC OF DECEMBER 9, 2002
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the competence
and principles for determining the prices for import and export goods tax
calculation prescribed in Article 7 of the Governments Decree No. 54/CP of
August 28, 1993 detailing the implementation of the Law on Import Tax and
Export Tax;
At the proposal of the General Director of Customs,
DECIDES:
Article1To amend, supplement and adjust the prices for calculating taxes on cheese, butter, dry yeast for making bread and glass in the Price Index promulgated together with the Finance Ministers Decision No. 149/2002/QD-BTC of December 9, 2002 as follows:

Article 2This Decision takes implementation effect and applies to the import goods declarations submitted to the customs offices 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All the previous regulations contrary to this Decision are hereby annulled.
