CIRCULAR
ANNULLING THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS’ CIRCULAR NO. 2461/2001/TT-BNG OF OCTOBER 5,2001, GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE 1 OF DECISION NO. 114/2001/QD-TTG OF JULY 31, 2001, AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 210/1999/QD-TTG OF OCTOBER 27,1999, ON A NUMBER OF POLICIES TOWARDS OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 58/2013/ND-CP of June 11, 2013, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 50/NQ-CP of December 10, 2010, on simplification of administrative procedures within the functions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
At the proposal of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs;
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs promulgates the Circular annulling the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Circular No. 2461/2001/TT-BNG of October 5, 2001, guiding the implementation of Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QD-TTg of July 31, 2001, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg of October 27,1999, on a number of policies towards overseas Vietnamese.
Article 1. To annul the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Circular No. 2461/2001/TT-BNG of October 5, 2001, guiding the implementation of Article 1 of Decision No. 114/2001/QD-TTg of July 31, 2001, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 210/1999/QD-TTg of October 27,1999, on a number of policies towards overseas Vietnamese.
Article 2. The procedures for granting certificates of people of Vietnamese origin must comply with current law.
Article 3. Effect
This Circular takes effect on the date of its signing.-
