CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING THE BRACKET OF DAILY-LIFE CLEAN WATER PRICES
THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government's
Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks,
powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP of December 25, 2003,
detailing a number of articles of the Ordinance on Prices; and Decree No.
75/2008/ND-CP of June 9, 2008, amending and supplementing a number of articles
of Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CPofJuly 11, 2007, on clean
water production, supply and consumption;
The Ministry of Finance promulgates the bracket of daily-life clean water
prices as follows:
Article 1. To promulgate the bracket of daily-life clean water prices (inclusive of value-added tax) for resident households according to the Appendix to this Circular.
Article 2. Based on the principles and methods of determining clean water prices under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the price bracket prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular, provincial-level People's Committees shall decide on specific daily-life clean water prices to be applied in their localities.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of its signing. All previous stipulations which are contrary to this Circular are annulled.-
