CIRCULAR

AMENDING TO A NUMBER OF REGULATIONS IN THE CIRCULAR No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT DATED NOVEMBER 15, 2012 BY THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ON LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTERPRISES, GROUP OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENTERPRISES HOLDING DOMINANT MARKET SHARES OF  IMPORTANT TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES

Pursuant to the Law on telecommunication dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Competition dated December 03, 2004;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 16, 2013 by the Government defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2011/NĐ-CP dated April 06, 2011 by the Government providing guidance on the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on telecommunication;

At the request of the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,

The Minister of Information and Communications promulgates the Circular amending to a number of regulations in the Circular No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT dated November 15, 2012 by the Minister of information and communications on list of telecommunications enterprises, group of telecommunications enterprises with dominant position on market for the important telecommunication services (hereinafter referred to as dominant telecommunications enterprises).

Article 1. Amendments to a number of regulations in the Circular No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT dated November 15, 2012 by the Minister of information and communications on list of telecommunications enterprises, group of dominant telecommunications enterprises:

Section II of the Appendix enclosed with the Circular No. 18/2012/TT-BTTTT is amended as follows:

Article 2. Effect

This Circular comes into effect from June 15, 2015.

Article 3. Implementation

1. The Chief officers, the Director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, Heads of agencies, units affiliated to Ministries, Directors of the Services of Information and Communications of provinces, General Directors/Directors of telecommunication enterprises and relevant organizations/individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

2. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Information and Communications (Vietnam Telecommunications Authority) for consideration and solution./.
