CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS AND GOODS SUBJECT TO ANNOUNCEMENT OF STANDARD CONFORMITY
THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to the November 23, 2011 Law on Telecommunications; Pursuant to the November 23, 2011 Law on Radio Frequency;
Pursuant to the November 21, 2011 Law on Products and Goods Quality;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP of December 31, 2008, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Products and Goods Quality;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP of April 6, 2011, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP of December 25, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications, already amended and supplemented in Decree No. 50/2011/ND-CP of June 24, 2011;
At the proposal of the director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,
STIPULATES:
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular the list of information and communication technology products and goods subject to announcement of standard conformity.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on January 1, 2012, and replaces Circular No. 08/2009/TT-BTTTT of March 24, 2009, of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating the list of information and communication technology products and goods subject to announcement of standard conformity.
Article 3. The chief of the Office, the director of the Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, directors of provincial-level Information and Communications Departments and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.-
