CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING THE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING LIST OF AQUATIC FEEDS PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP of January 03, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
The Government’s Decree No.75 /2009/ND-CP, of September 10, 2009, on amending Article 3 of the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP of January 03, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of February 05, 2010 on management of livestock feeds;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT of October 10, 2011, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, detailing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP dated 05/02/2010 on management of livestock feeds;
At the proposal of the Director of Directorate of Fisheries;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the amending and supplementing list of aquatic feeds permitted to circulate in Vietnam.
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular the amending and supplementing list of aquatic feeds permitted to circulate in Vietnam, including:
1. The supplementing list of complete mixture feeds used in aquaculture permitted to circulate in Vietnam (Annex 1).
2. The supplementing list of feed additives and raw materials to produce feeds used in aquaculture permitted to circulate in Vietnam (Annex 2).
3. The supplementing list of producers and importers in lists of aquatic feeds permitted to circulate in Vietnam (Annex 3).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days after its signing day.
Article 3. The Chief of Ministerial office, Director General of Directorate of Fisheries, heads of Ministerial units, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in provinces and centrally-run cities, organizations and individuals related to production and business activities as well as use of aquatic feeds shall implement this Circular.
