CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE AMENDED LIST OF PERMISSIBLE FEEDS FOR AQUACULTURE IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 03rd 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10th 2009, amending Article 3 of the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 03rd 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 05th 2010 on the management of animal feeds;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 10th 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development, elaborating some Articles of the Government's Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 05th 2010 on the management of animal feeds;
At the proposal of the Director of Directorate of Fisheries;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development issues the amended List of permissible feeds for aquaculture in Vietnam.
Article 1. Promulgated together with this Circular the Amended List of Permissible feeds for aquaculture in Vietnam, including:
1. The Supplemented List of Permissible total mixed rations used for aquiculture in Vietnam (Annex 1)
2. The Supplemented List of Permissible supplementary feeds and feed ingredients used for aquiculture in Vietnam (Annex 2).
3. Article 3. The Amended List of Names of producers and products in the List of Permissible feeds for aquaculture in Vietnam (Annex 3).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect on March 16th 2013.
Article 3. The Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of Directorate of Fisheries, Heads of Ministerial units, Directors of Services of Agriculture and Rural development of central-affiliated cities and provinces, organizations and individuals relevant to the production, trading, and use of feeds for aquaculture are responsible for the implementation of this Circular./.
