Công văn 3256/TCHQ-GSQL

Kính gửi: Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố.

Theo công hàm số 53/EK/VII/2008 ngày 2/7/08 của Đại sứ quán Indonesia gửi kèm thư của Bộ Thương mại Indonesia về việc đính chính ngày hiệu lực của các chữ ký của cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp C/O của Indonesia, tiếp theo công văn số 1748/TCHQ-GSQL ngày 17/4/2008 và công văn số 734/TCHQ-GSQL ngày 25/2/2008, Tổng cục Hải quan thông báo như sau:  

- Các chữ ký (của những người mới được uỷ quyền ký C/O) trong thông báo sao gửi kèm theo công văn số 734/TCHQ-GSQL ngày 25/2/2008 có hiệu lực từ ngày 4/1/2008.

- Chữ ký của ông Encep Suherman có hiệu lực đến hết ngày 31/1/2008.

Tổng cục thông báo tới các Cục Hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố để thực hiện./.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia presents its compliments to the General Department of Vietnam Customs and with reference to the letter from the Chief Representative of the Toyota Tsusho Hanoi Liaison Office concerning the validity of Mr. Encep Suherman's signature has the honor to inform that the Embassy has received a letter, as enclosed herewith, from the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia certifying the validity of the above-mentioned signature.

The Embassy is seeking the kind assistance from the General Department of Vietnam Customs to convey the letter to the said signature.

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the General Department of Vietnam Customs the assurances of the its highest consideration.

Regarding to the letter No.1748/TCHQ-GSQL dated 17 April 2008 from Embassy off General Department of Vietnam Customs about Validity period of signature on C/O, hereby Directorate of Export and Import Facilitation-Directorate General of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Trade of Indonesia would like to make claritifications as follows;

1. As explained in our letter No. 585/Daglu.5.3/X/2007 dated 22 October 2007, there is a replacement of local government authority which authorized to issue Indonesian C/O on 13 CO- Authorised Agents, and previous local government official Mr. Encep Suherman is replaced by new local government official Mrs. Enny Retnowati.

2. The selected new authorized local government officaial of 13 C/O - Authorized Agents will be able to sign C/O as the Decree of Director General for Foreign Trade No. 01/DAGLU/PER/I/2008 is issued and entry into force on 4 January 2008.

3. As for C/O-issuance administration purposes, the validity period of Mr. Encep Suheman's signature specimen will be valid through 31 Januari 2008, for that reason the issued C/O with Mr. Encep Suheman signatures is still valid.
