DECISION

PROMULGATION OF VIETNAM’S LIST OF HS CODES OF COMMODITIES REQUIRED TO UNDERGO PLANT QUARANTINE

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Plant protection and quarantine No. 41/2013/QH13;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 119/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 elaborating regulations of the Law on Commerce on international trade of goods;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 elaborating regulations of the Law on Customs on customs procedures, customs inspection and customs control;

Pursuant to Circular No. 30/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated September 05, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the list of commodities required to undergo plant quarantine and pest risk analysis before import into Vietnam;

Pursuant to Circular No. 156/2011/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2011 promulgating Vietnam’s list of exports and imports;

At the request of Director of Plant Protection Department.

DECIDES:

Article 1. Vietnam’s list of HS codes of commodities required to undergo plant quarantine is promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision comes into force on July 01, 2015 and replaces Decision No. 35/2007/QD-BNN dated April 23, 2007 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development publishing HS codes of commodities required to undergo plant quarantine of Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Article 3. Chief of the Ministry Office, Director of Plant Protection Department, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
