DECISION
INTRODUCING THE NATIONAL STATISTICAL SURVEY PROGRAM
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated November 23, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 97/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 on contents of statistical indicators listed in the national statistical indicator system.
Upon the request of the Minister of Planning and Investment;
The Prime Minister hereby promulgates the Decision on the national statistical survey program.
Article 1. The national statistical survey program shall be annexed to this Decision.
Article 2. The Minister of Planning and Investment shall be responsible for providing a guide to, promoting, inspecting, and examining, implementation of the national statistical survey program, and reporting to the Prime Minister on enforcement of this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall enter into force from December 1, 2016, and replace the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 803/QD-TTg dated June 28, 2012 on approval of the national statistical survey program.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of Ministry-level agencies, Heads of Governmental bodies, and Presidents of the People’s Committees of centrally-affiliated cities and provinces, shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
