DECISION
OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS NO.1580/2000/QD-BLDTBXH DATED DECEMBER 26, 2000 ON THE TEMPORARY ISSUANCE OF LIST OF OCCUPATIONS, HAZARDOUS, DANGEROUS, HARD WORKS, AND EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS, DANGEROUS, HARD WORKS
THE MINISTER OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Decree No.15/CP dated 02/03/1993 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and duties of state management of the Ministries, Ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to the Decree No.96/CP, dated 07/12/1993 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs dated 23/6/1994;
After having opinions of the Ministry of Health at the Official Dispatch No.10052/YT-DP dated 21/12/2000 on authorization for the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to promulgating list of occupations, hazardous, dangerous, hard works, and extremely hazardous, dangerous, hard works.
DECIDES
Article 1. Issue together with this Decision the provisional list of "occupations, hazardous, dangerous, hard works, and extremely hazardous, dangerous, hard works."
Article 2. The employees doing the jobs or occupations mentioned in Article 1 are enjoyed the protection regime of labor, wages, and social insurance provided for in the Labor Code and other guiding documents.
Article 3. Workers in other sectors doing the jobs or occupations like the jobs or occupations mentioned in Article 1, also be enjoyed to the protection regime of labor, wages and social insurance provided for in the Labor Code and the guiding documents such as the jobs or occupations mentioned in Article 1;
Article 4. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing date. For the jobs, the occupations that have not been specified in the list attached to this Decision, Decision No.1453/LDTBXH-QD on 13/10/1995, Decision No.915/LDTBXH-QD on 30/7/1996, Decision No.1629/LDTBXH-QD dated 26/12/1996 and Decision No.190/1999/QD-BLDTBXH, dated 03/03/1999 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministries, branches need to review and make the lists sending to the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs and Ministry of Health for review and additional issuance.
