DECISION
INVALIDATING THE CIRCULAR NO.20/2014/TT-BKHCN DATED JULY 15, 2014 ON IMPORTATION OF USED MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGICAL LINE
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on the Promulgation of Legislative Documents in 2008;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 20/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2013 on defining the function, task, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the request of the Director of Department of Technology Audit, Examination and Assessment; the Director of Department of Legal Affairs,
HEREBY DECIDES THAT:
Article 1. Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BKHCN dated July 15, 2014 of the Minister of Science and Technology on regulating the importation of used machinery, equipment and technological line is annulled.
Article 2. This Decision comes into effect from September 01, 2014.
Article 3. The Chief of Staff of the Ministry, the Director of Department of Technology Audit, Examination and Assessment, the Heads of its affiliates as well as relevant organizations or individuals shall take responsibility for the implementation of this Decision./.
