DECISION
ON DAILY REPORT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE
THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK
Pursuant to the Decree
No.63/1998/ND-CP dated 17 August, 1998 of the Government stipulating
regulations on the foreign exchange control.
Pursuant to Decree No. 15CP dated 02 March, 1989 of the Government stipulating
the assignment, authority, responsibility of state management of ministries and
ministry-level agencies.
Upon the proposal of the Director of Foreign Exchange Control Department.
DECIDES
Article 1.
Directors General (Directors) of authorised banks shall be responsible to report to the State Bank of any foreign currency transactions of value from US$ 50,000 (fifty thousand) upwards, effected daily by customers being an organisation or individual (including a transfer from one bank account to an account with another bank of the customer).
Article 2.
The reported data as provided in Article 1 shall be submitted to the State Bank (Foreign Exchange Control Department) at 10 am at the latest of the next business day (in the form attached).
Article 3.
Directors General (Directors) of the authorised banks shall be responsible to consolidate the data in the whole bank to comply with the reporting requirement as stipulated in this Decision.
Article 4.
This Decision shall be effective from the date of signing.
Head of Governor office and Heads of relevant Departments in the State Bank Head-office and Directors General (Directors) of authorised banks shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
