DECISION
ADJUSTING THE LIST OF IMPORT GOODS SUBJECT TO DUTY QUOTAS
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25,
2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
At the proposal of the Minister of Trade in Report No. 065/TM-XNK of February
17, 2005,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To cancel duty quotas for the import goods with ordinal numbers (1), (2), (4) and (7) on the list of import goods regulated by duty quotas, which was issued together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg of May 9, 2003.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect as from April 1, 2005.
Article 3.- The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the Government-attached agencies and the presidents of the provincial/municipal People’s Committees shall have to guide the implementation of this Decision.
