DECISION

ON SUPPLEMENT OF ZONING PLANNING OF EXPLORATION, EXPLOITATION, PROCESSING AND USE OF MANGANESE, CHROMITE ORE, PHASE 2007-2015, ORIENTATION TOWARD 2025

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Mineral Law No.60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Decree No.44/2011/ND-CP dated June 14, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of the Decree No.189/2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Decision No.33/2007/QD-BCN dated July 26, 2007 of the Minister of Industry on approving the zoning planning for exploration, exploitation, processing and use of manganese, chromite ore, phase 2007 -2015, orientation toward 2025;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Viet Dung Co.Ltd in the Statement No.26/2012/TT-VD dated September 18, 2012 on supplement of manganese mineral planning in manganese mine areas of Bac Buu village, Yen Dinh commune, Bac Me rural district, Ha Giang Province;

At the proposal of the Director of Department of Heavy Industry,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To supplement the manganese ores area of Bac Cuu village, Yen Dinh commune, Ha Giang Province in Appendix II, Table 2 (List of manganese ore exploration projects, phase 2007-2025), Decision No.33/2007/QD-BCN dated July 26, 2007 of the Minister of Industry, now the Ministry of Industry and Trade on approving the zoning planning for exploration, exploitation, processing and use of manganese, chromite ore, phase 2007-2015, orientation toward 2025.

Area and angular coordinates of manganese ore area above mentioned shown in the Appendix attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision supplements the Decision No.33/2007/QD-BCN dated July 26, 2007. Other contents of the Decision No.33/2007/QD-BCN dated July 26, 2007 remain unchanged.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, the governmental agencies, the President of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
