DECISION
ON SUPPLEMENT TO THE LIST OF DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT AND RAW MATERIALS
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government on defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of The Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on issuance of list of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials;
Pursuant to Dispatch No. 5790/BCT-KH dated July 3, 2012 of The Ministry of Industry and Trade providing guidance on adjustments and supplements of List of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials;
At the request of Director of the Plan Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The Supplementary list of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials is issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 2 of Decision No. 2840/QD-BCT dated May 28, 2010 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on issuance of List of domestically produced machinery, equipment, and raw materials and this Supplementary list, the Ministries, authorities and People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces shall provide guidance of implementation.
Article 3. During the implementation, the Ministries, authorities and People’s Committees of central-affiliated cities and provinces, corporations, general companies, companies and profession associations shall propose adjustments to the List to the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 4. This Decision shall come into effect from the day on which it is signed./.
