As a basis for assessing the implementation and settlement of issues relating to the Regulation on lending by credit institutions to their customers issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 1627/2001/QD-NHNN dated 31/12/2001, the Decision No. 127/2005/QD-NHNN dated 3/5/2005, Decision No. 783/2005/QD-NHNN dated 31/5/2005 (hereinafter shortly referred to as the lending Regulation 1627), the State Bank of Vietnam hereby requests credit institutions and foreign bank's branches (hereafter collectively referred to as credit institutions) to supply documents and report some contents as follows:

1. Assessing the implementation of the lending Regulation 1627 and proposing amendments, supplements; in which, focus shall be paid to the followings: (1) Lending conditions; (2) Type of loan; (3) Cash flow management; (4) Disbursement of fund for lending in cash and non-cash means of payment for specific type of borrowing customer; (5) Demands of capital that are eligible to loan and those not eligible to loan; lending for debt restructuring by term, currency, lending credit institution; (6) Rights and obligations of the credit institutions and borrowing customers…

2. Supplying their documents providing for operation of lending to customers, guidance on the implementation of the lending Regulation 1627, Credit manuals issued by the credit institutions.
