On May 22, 2008, the Prime Minister gave his opinions instructing Ministries, Ministry-level agencies and People’s Committees of provinces and cities under direct central management (hereinafter referred to as provinces) to establish their respective ministerial and provincial Task Forces as stated in Annex No. III of Decision 07/QĐ-TTg dated January 04, 2008 (Official document No. 3335/VPCP- TCCV). In relation to this, on September 23, 2008, the Prime Minister made another instruction requiring Ministers, Heads of Ministry-level agencies and Chairmen of ministerial People’s Committees to consolidate the personnel of their respective Task Forces before October 10, 2008 in compliance with the Prime Minister’s instructions and the Prime Minister’s Administrative Procedures Reform Special Task Force’s guidance (Official document No. 6279/VPCP- TCCV).
Implementing the assigned tasks, the Office of Government requests agencies to report to the Prime Minister on consolidating the personnel of their respective ministerial and provincial Task Forces before November 25, 2008; such reports shall be sent to the Office of Government for summarizing and reporting to the Prime Minister.
