CIRCULAR
ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO A NUMBER OF ARTICLES OF THE CIRCULAR NO.10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT OF FEBRUARY 22, 2012 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROMULGATING THE LIST OF PLANT PROTECTION CHEMICALS PERMITTED, RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED FOR USE IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Decree No.01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Decree No. 75 /2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of the Decree No.01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine dated July 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Circular No.38/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated 28/6/2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating the Management of plant protection chemicals;
At the proposal of Director of the Department of Plant Protection;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Circular amending, supplementing some Articles of the Circular No.10/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 22, 2012, promulgating the list of plant protection chemicals permitted, restricted or prohibited for use in Vietnam.
Article 1. To add 27 kinds of plant protection chemicals except for Eriophyes dimocarpi harming longan in the list of plant protection chemicals permitted for use in Vietnam, Appendix attached.
Article 2. The export and import of plant protection chemicals in this Circular shall comply with the Decree No.12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law on international goods trading activities and activities of dealers buying, selling, processing and transiting goods with foreign countries.
Article 3. Director of the Department of Plant Protection, chief Office of the Ministry, heads of units of the Ministry and other relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular. /.
Article 4. This Circular takes effect from May 02, 2012./.
