DECISION

ON APPROVING THE LOCAL ADJUSTMENT OF FUNCTIONS AND NORMS OF USING LAND FOR SOME LAND PLOTS OF ME TRI HA NEW URBAN CENTER, RATE OF 1/500

Location: Me Tri commune - Tu Liem rural district – Hanoi (Land plots with symbols: HH1, HH2+CT3, HH3+CT4, CCTP and DX)

PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF HANOI CITY

Pursuant to the Law on organization of People’s Councils and People’s Committees dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to law on construction;

Pursuant to Ordinance of Hanoi Capital;

Pursuant to Decision No. 108/1998/QD-TTg dated June 20, 1998, of the Prime Minister, ratifying the readjusted overall planning of Hanoi capital till the year 2020;

Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2001/QD-UB dated October 10, 2001, of the City People’s Committee, on approving detailed plan of Me Tri Ha new urban center, rate of 1/500;

At the proposal of the Planning and Architecture Department at the report No. 992/TTr-QHKT dated July 17, 2007,

DECIDES

Article 1. To approve the local adjustment of some functions and norms of using land for land plots with symbols: HH1, HH2+CT3, HH3+CT4, CCTP and DX of Me Tri Ha new urban center in Hanoi – rate 1/500 and contents according to the following table:

* The assignment of using works at land plots stated above after finishing investment and construction must comply with general provisions of State and specific regulations of the City People’s Committee.

* Scale and function area of other land plots (other than the land plots stated above) in Me Tri Ha new urban center will be keep intact according to the detailed plan of Me Tri Ha new urban center, rate 1/500 approved by the City People’s Committee at Decision No. 83/2001/QD-UB dated October 10, 2001.

Article 2. Director of the Planning and Architecture Department shall examine, certify on dossier of drawings in accordance with this Decision and drawings which were appraised by the Department according to the Report No. 992/TTr-QHKT dated July 17, 2007; guiding and approving plan on designing preliminarily architecture of works for investors to do as basis for construction under the plan.

- Chairperson of People’s Committee of Tu Liem rural district, chairperson of People’s Committee of Me Tri commune shall examine, manage, supervise construction under the plan, and handle cases of building in contravention with the plan under their competence and provisions of law.

- This Decision takes effect 10 days as from the day of its signing.

Article 3. The Chief of office of City People’s Committee, Directors of Departments of Planning and Architecture, Planning and Investment, Construction, Transport and Public Affairs, Natural Resources, Environment and House, Land; chairperson of People’s Committee of Tu Liem rural district, Director General of the Ha Noi Housing Investment and Development Corporation; Director of the Housing Renovation and Development Corporation, Director of Housing Building Company No.9 – Vinaconex and The Construction and Technology Trading Limited Liability Company of Vietnam, heads of Departments, sectors, relevant individuals and organizations shall implement this Decision.
