DECISION

ON SUPPLEMENTING THE PLANNING ON ZONING OF AREAS FOR EXPLORATION, EXPLOITATION, PROCESSING AND USE OF TIN, TUNGSTEN AND ANTIMONY ORES DURING 2007-2015, WITH A VISION TOWARD 2025

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the November 17, 2010 Law on Minerals No.60/2010/QH12;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 189/ 2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Government’s Decree No.44/2011/ND-CP of June 14, 2011 on supplementing and amending article 3 of Decree No. 189/ 2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Decision No.792/QD-HDTLKS, of March 25, 2011 of the Council of minerals deposits assessment;

Pursuant to the proposal of Truong Son Construction and Investment corporation in the official dispatch No. 147/CV-TS of June 08, 2012;

Considering the suggestion of the director of Heavy Industry Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To supplement the tin mining place in area of Pu Bo small valley, Chau Tien commune, Quy Hop district, Nghe An province with the exploiting output of 70,000 tons of crude tin ores per year, sorting output of 315 tons of pure ores per year, content of Sn at 35% in appendix A2- Projects on exploitation and sorting of tin ores for production of tin bars during 2007-2025 of the Decision No. 05/2008/QD-BCT of March 4, 2008, of the Minister of Industry and Trade approving the planning on zoning of areas for exploration, exploitation, processing and use of tin, tungsten and antimony ores during 2007-2015, with a vision toward 2025. 

Area and coordinate of the mentioned mining place are in the appendix together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision supplements the Decision No.05/2008/QD-BCT of March 4, 2008. The other content of Decision No.05/2008/QD-BCT of March 4, 2008 is unchangeable.

Article 3. This decision takes effect form the day of signing.

Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies and president of Peoples Committee of Nghe An province shall implement this Decision.
