DECISION
ON ADDING A NUMBER OF SUBSTANCES TO IN THE LIST OF PRECURSOR SUBSTANCES USED IN INDUSTRY PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH THE DECISION NO. 134/2003/QD-BCN OF AUGUST 25, 2003, AND DECISION NO. 04/2004/QD-BCN OF JANUARY 07, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the 2000 Law on drug prevention and fight, and Law amending and supplementing a number of articles Law on drug prevention and fight has been passes by National Assembly on June 03, 2008;
Pursuant to Government’s Decrees No. 67/2001/ND-CP of October 01, 2001, promulgating the list of narcotic substances and precursor substances, No.133/2003/ND-CP of November 06, 2003, adding a number of substances to the list of narcotics and precursor substances, and No.163/2007/ND-CP of November 12, 2007, on name amendment, adding, change, cancellation of a number of substances in the list of narcotics and precursor substances enclosed to the Decree No.67/2001/ND-CP of October 01, 2001, promulgating the list of narcotic substances and precursor substances;
At the proposal of Director of Chemical Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To add the following substances to the List of precursor substances used in industry promulgated together with the Decision No. 134/2003/QD-BCN of August 25, 2003, and No. 04/2004/QD-BCN of January 07, 2004, of the Minister of industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade):
