RESOLUTION

RATIFYING THE PRIME MINISTER'S PROPOSAL ON APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY PRIME MINISTERS, MINISTERS AND OTHER CABINET MEMBERS

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 84 and 114 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/ QH10;

Pursuant to Article 84 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to Article 29 of the internal regulations of National Assembly sessions;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2011/QH13 of the XIII^th National Assembly, the 1st session. on the organizational structure of the Government and the number of deputy prime ministers for the XIII^th tenure;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Report No. 40/TTr-TTg of August 2, 2011;

Pursuant to the minutes of verification of the. August 3, 2011 voting results of the National Assembly ratifying the Prime Minister's proposal on appointment of Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers and other cabinet members.

RESOLVES:

To ratify the Prime Minister's proposal on appointment of deputy prime ministers, ministers and other cabinet members, including the persons named below:

I. DEPUTY PRIME MINISTERS

1. Mr. Hoang Trims Hai

2. Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan

3. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc

II. MINISTERS AND OTHER CABINET MEMBERS

2. Mr. Trail Dai Quang: Minister of Public Security
