DECISION
ON AMENDMENT OF A NUMBER OF ARTICLES IN DECISION NO. 36/2007/QD-BCN DATED AUGUST 6, 2007 ON APPROVAL OF THE MASTER PLAN ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEATHER-FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY TILL 2010
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant
to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the first session of the
XII th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on
organizational structure of the Government and the number of deputy Prime
Ministers of the Government in the XII th terms;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2006
defining the functions, task, powers and organizational structure of the
ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 92/2006/ND-CP dated September 7, 2006
on the elaboration, approval and management of socio-economic development
master plans;
At the proposal of the director of the Consumer Goods and Foodstuff Industry
Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.
To amend Point 1.2, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 36/2007/QD-BCN dated August 6, 2007 on approval of the Master Plan on development of leather-footwear industry till 2010 as follows:

Article 2.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in CONG BAO.
