CIRCULAR
BY THE MINISTRY OF TRADE ON ADJUSTMENTS TO THE LIST OF IMPORTED PRODUCTS APPLIED DUTY QUOTA IN 2005 (MODIFICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CIRCULAR 10/2004/TT-BTM DATED DECEMBER 27, 2004 BY THE MINISTRY OF TRADE)
Pursuant to Decision
91/2003/QD/TTg dated May 9, 2003 by the Prime Minister on application of duty
quota to goods imported into Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decision 46/2005/QD-TTg dated March 3, 2005 by the Prime Minister
on modifications to the list of imported products applied duty quota,
The Ministry of Trade hereby provides modifications and supplements to Circular
10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 by the Ministry of Trade on adjustments
to the list of imported products applied duty quota as the following:
1. Article I “General regulations” of Circular 10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 by the Ministry of Trade is adjusted as follows:
Duty quota is applied to the three products namely poultry egg, material tobacco, and salt in accordance with the accompanying table:

2. Sub-clauses 3 and 4 of Clause II “Subjects to allocation of duty quota” of Circular 10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 by the Ministry on allocation of duty quota for liquid material milk (code 0401), condensed material milk (code 0402), corn (code 1005)m and cotton (code 5201, 5202, and 5203) are eliminated.
3. Other contents of Circular 10/2004/TT-BTM dated December 27, 2004 by the Ministry of Trade remain effective.
4. This Circular comes into effect in 15 days after it is publicized on the Gazette.
