DECISION
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE FINANCE MINISTER’S DECISION No. 28/2005/QD-BTC OF MAY 13, 2005, PROMULGATING THE TABLE OF CHARGES AND FEES FOR GRANT AND MANAGEMENT OF INTERNET DOMAIN NAMES AND ADDRESSES IN VIETNAM
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 6, 2006, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 55/2001/ND-CP of August 23, 2001, on the management, provision and use of Internet services;
Proceeding from the opinions of the Ministry of Post and Telematics (in Official Letter No. 179/BBCVT-KHTC of February 6, 2006, on the amendment and supplementation of the table of charges for Internet domain names and addresses);
At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- Column I in the Table of charges and fees for grant and management of Internet domain names and addresses in Vietnam promulgated together with the Finance Minister’s Decision No. 28/2005/QD-BTC of May 13, 2005, promulgating the table of charges and fees for grant and management of Internet domain names and addresses in Vietnam is amended and supplemented as follows:
I. CHARGES AND FEES FOR GRANT AND MANAGEMENT OF INTERNET DOMAIN NAMES.VN:

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO”.
Article 3.- Organizations and individuals liable to pay fees or charges, agencies assigned by the Ministry of Post and Telematics the task of state management over the Internet in Vietnam shall organize the collection of charges and fees for grant and management of Internet domain names and addresses in Vietnam and concerned agencies shall implement this Decision.
