DECISION
ON CORRECTING CIRCULAR NO. 156/2011/TT-BTC DATED NOVEMBER 14 2011 OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE ON PROMULGATING THE LIST OF VIETNAMESE EXPORT AND IMPORT GOODS
MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents of 17/2008/QH12 on June 03 ,2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on Gazette of the Republic Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the General Director of General Department of Customs,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting gloss started at the beginning of chapters , code and description of the goods of a number of commodity groups in Appendix I , Circular No. 156/2011/TT-BTC dated November 14 , 2011 of Ministry of Finance on promulgating the list of Vietnamese export - import goods as Annex I and Annex II of this Decision.
Article 2. Decision takes effect from the date of January 1 , 2012, and is an integral part of Circular No.156/2011/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2011 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. General Director of Customs, Chief of the Ministry of Finance, heads of units of the Ministry of Finance and the relevant units shall implement this Decision. /.
