DECISION
ON ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW, ADJUSTED, ANNULLED ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES IN THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; the Government's Decree No. 44/2011/NĐ-CP on amendments to Article 3 of the Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 08, 2010 on administrative procedure control;
Implementing the Government’s Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP dated December 17, 2010 on simplification of administrative procedures under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 13/2011/TT-BCT dated March 30, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the amendments to the administrative procedures in the Regulation on the management of industrial precursor substances promulgated together with the Decision No. 134/2003/QĐ-BCN dated August 25, 2003 of the Minister of Industry;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 18/2011/TT-BCT dated April 21, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the addition and annulment of administrative procedures in the Circular No. 28/2010/TT-BCT dated June 26, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, elaborating some Articles of the Law on Chemicals, and the Government's Decree No. 108/2008/NĐ-CP dated October 07, 2008 detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Chemicals;
At the request of the Director of Vietnam Chemicals Agency and Chief of the Ministry Office,
DECIDES:
Article 1. Announcing the new administrative procedures (Appendix 1), adjusted administrative procedures (Appendix 2), and annulled administrative procedures (Appendix 3) in the chemical industry under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the day on which it is signed.
Article 3. Chief of the Ministry Office, the Director of Vietnam Chemicals Agency, and heads of relevant are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
