CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING LIST OF LIVESTOCK BREEDS ELIGIBLE FOR PRODUCTIO AND TRADING IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Ordinance on breeds of domestic animals No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 defining functions, missions, authority and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the request of the Director General of the Department of Livestock production,
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the Circular on the List of livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam,
Article 1. This is promulgated under this Circular the List of livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam.
Article 2. Effect
1. This circular takes effect as of August 14, 2015.
2. This Circular
a) Replaces the Circular No. 01/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 07, 2010 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the “List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam”; the Circular No. 33/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 22, 2010 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the “List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam”; the Circular No. 58/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 24, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the “List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam”; the Circular No. 49/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated September 26, 2012 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the “List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam”; the Circular No. 18/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 14, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the “List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam”; the Circular No. 18/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 23, 2014 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading;
b) Decision No.67/2005/QD-BNN dated October 31, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of livestock breeds eligible for production and trading; Decision No. 42/2007/QD-BNN dated May 16, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development providing for additional livestock breeds of the List of livestock breeds eligible for production and trading attached to the Decision No.67/2005/QD-BNN; Decision No. 3205/QD-BNN-CN dated October 17, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading; Decision No. 4004/QD-BNN-CN dated December 16, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading; and Decision No. 2074/QD-BNN-CN dated July 23, 2009 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of additional livestock breeds eligible for production and trading in Vietnam shall be abrogated.
Article 3. Office Manager of the Ministry, Director General of the Department of Livestock production, Head of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Heads of ministry-affiliated relevant units, Directors of the Services of Agriculture and Rural Development of central-affiliated cities and provinces, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for executing this Circular./.
